There is never a shortage of strange people in New Orleans. We actually saw many more than this but I didn't take my camera everywhere.

This guy was so average and almost nerdy. She, on the other hand, was not average. I actually believe she wasn't wearing undies. She suddenly stopped in front of us and bent over. I believe Anna knows the truth about the girls underwear situation (she happened to be in the front of the stroller at the moment) but I'm not going to ask her to relive that moment.
There is actually a guy underneath all those feathers. I would imagine he is a very sweaty, stinky guy.
