We spent this past weekend at the Campbell's lake house in Seguin, TX. We had a lot of fun. The only thing missing was the sun. It was still somewhat warm out and we spent almost the entire weekend outside which made the kids very happy. Kathy and George (Michael's parents) were our gracious hosts and treated my kids like their own grandchildren. Kathy made some good food. I'll have to share a recipe with you that I LOVED! It was an English muffin with a crab topping. Seriously so good.
Thank you Campbell's for a fun weekend. Hope it's OK that Anna already invited herself back this summer!
