Anna- First Day of School, part 2

Cole & I survived our first day without Anna. It went way better than I expected. Cole is pretty good about entertaining himself. Earlier today while I was writing my previous post Cole was hard at work moving all the doll furniture from Anna's doll house to his Batman cave.

He was so proud of himself!

He loaded up all his trucks and drove the furniture over to the other house several feet away.

My favorite part was the blue bed on top of the house.

At 4:15 we went out to wait on Anna. We waited and waited and waited. Once again the bus was 30 minute late. I'm just thankful Anna arrived home safely. She was excited when she saw us, then a second later she acted grumpy. Kind of like she was afraid to tell us she liked it.

She was telling her daddy all about her day.

She said she made 4 new friends, presumably the 4 at her table. She can't remember all their names. She played with play-doh and played games. Other than that it must have been a blur because she can't remember anything else. I guess we'll see how tomorrow goes. I'm so proud of her for being a big girl.
