Cole had two big days at school recently. First was Donuts with Dad Day. The kids LOVE this day because it's a day when their dads get to bring them to school and they get to show off their dads to their friends! I would say 95% of kids at the preschool are dropped off by a mom or grandparent. Nathan used to take Cole to school or pick him up once a week but with all the work and traveling he's been doing the last several months it hasn't been easy. Of course Cole wouldn't take a cute picture. Always has to be silly when the camera comes out.
Yesterday was Rodeo Day at his school. The kids got to participate in a petting zoo as well as various indoor activities like barrel racing, milking a pretend cow and riding on a saddle. We asked him to wear his hat to school and he refused. He said no one else would be wearing their hat. He was totally wrong. All his best friends in the class had hats.
This kid LOVES animals so he was thrilled to see the petting zoo.
