Thanksgiving in MS

A couple of weeks ago we went to MS for the week to visit and celebrate Thanksgiving. I never realize how few pictures I take until I get home. The kids and I drove over late Friday. Saturday I had a Scentsy party and we went to see Willie Nelson. I can check that off my to do list now. Although I'll need to see him again in a non-casino setting. If you've never been to a casino concert, they are pretty mild. Everyone sits. No one gets rowdy. Either way we still had a good time.

The week was filled with hanging out with family and shopping. On Thursday we celebrating Thanksgiving with both sides of my family. Thursday night we braved the Walmart in Clinton, MS. That was seriously the most thrilling thing. My Aunt Paula is a Walmart guru! She was giving us all sorts of tips to get everything we wanted. I ended up getting several things for the kids. We then we to Target, Children's Place and Kohl's. Those places weren't near as fun. The line to check out at Target was well over an hour long so we put the things back that we had and left. All in all it was a fun time. Nathan, the kids and I left early the next morning.

If you haven't heard of Pinterest you need to learn about it! Kirby wanted to try this fun (MESSY!!) project. It ended up being more of an adult project than kid project but the kids still liked it.

Nathan and I took a cute picture. A little dark but still cute.

Our family picture!

We had a great time. I always love seeing my family.
